Execution Guide
- Sit on a bench with the band under your feet, holding the ends at your sides.
- Keep a slight bend in your elbows.
- Raise your hands out to the sides until arms are parallel to the floor.
- Lead with the elbows, not the wrists.
- Lower slowly back to your sides.
