Band Seated Lateral Raise

Execution Guide

  1. Sit on a bench with the band under your feet, holding the ends at your sides.
  2. Keep a slight bend in your elbows.
  3. Raise your hands out to the sides until arms are parallel to the floor.
  4. Lead with the elbows, not the wrists.
  5. Lower slowly back to your sides.

Range of Motion

Arms at sides to arms parallel to the floor.
