Calf Stretch With Hands Against Wall
Execution Guide
- Stand facing a wall with hands placed flat against it at chest height.
- Step one foot back about 2-3 feet, keeping the heel on the floor.
- Bend the front knee while keeping the back leg straight.
- Lean into the wall until you feel a stretch in the back calf.
- Hold for 20-30 seconds and switch legs.

Upright to leaning forward with a deep calf stretch.
