Cable Triceps Pushdown (Straight Bar)
Execution Guide
- Stand facing the cable machine and grip the straight bar with an overhand grip.
- Keep your elbows pinned to your sides throughout.
- Push the bar down by extending your arms until they are fully straight.
- Squeeze the triceps hard at full extension.
- Let the bar return slowly up to about chest level.

Forearms at chest level to arms fully extended.
