Standing Straight-Leg Hamstring Stretch
Execution Guide
- Stand with feet hip-width apart.
- Extend one leg forward with the heel on the ground and toes pointing up.
- Hinge at the hips and reach toward the extended foot.
- Keep your back flat and feel the stretch in the back of the extended leg.
- Hold for 20-30 seconds and switch legs.
Range of Motion
Upright to hinged forward with a stretch in the hamstring.

- ×Rounding the back instead of hinging at the hips
- ×Bouncing into the stretch
- ×Bending the knee of the extended leg
