Standing Quadriceps Stretch
Execution Guide
- Stand on one leg and grab the ankle of the other leg behind you.
- Pull your heel toward your glute.
- Keep your knees together and your standing leg slightly bent.
- Hold for 20-30 seconds.
- Switch legs and repeat.
Range of Motion
Foot pulled back to glute with a stretch felt in the front of the thigh.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- ×Leaning forward instead of standing tall
- ×Pulling the knee out to the side
- ×Bouncing the stretch
