Execution Guide

  1. Stand tall and clasp your hands behind your back.
  2. Straighten your arms and lift them away from your body.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  4. Push your chest forward and hold for 20-30 seconds.
  5. Release and repeat.
