Seated Leg Extension (Both Legs)

Execution Guide

  1. Sit on the machine with your back against the pad and adjust the ankle pad.
  2. Position the pad just above your ankles.
  3. Extend your legs until they are straight, squeezing the quads.
  4. Hold briefly at full extension.
  5. Lower the weight slowly back to the starting position.

Range of Motion

Knees bent at 90 degrees to full leg extension.

  • ×Not controlling the lowering phase
