Lying Leg Curl Machine
Execution Guide
- Lie face down on the machine with the pad resting on the back of your ankles.
- Grip the handles and keep your hips flat on the bench.
- Curl your legs up toward your glutes by contracting your hamstrings.
- Squeeze at the top of the movement.
- Lower the weight slowly back to the starting position.
Range of Motion
Legs straight to heels as close to the glutes as possible.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- ×Lifting the hips off the bench during the curl
- ×Using momentum to swing the weight up
