Execution Guide

  1. Pick up a heavy dumbbell in each hand and stand tall.
  2. Keep your shoulders back and down, chest up.
  3. Walk forward with controlled, even steps.
  4. Maintain a tight grip and engaged core throughout.
  5. Walk for the prescribed distance or time.

Walking with static arm hold — no arm movement required.
