Battle Rope Double Arm Slams

Execution Guide

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding one end of the rope in each hand.
  2. Slightly bend your knees and brace your core.
  3. Raise both arms overhead simultaneously.
  4. Slam the ropes down to the ground with maximum force.
  5. Immediately raise your arms again and repeat.
