Cable Biceps Curl (EZ-bar)

Execution Guide

  1. Attach an EZ-bar to the low pulley of a cable machine.
  2. Stand facing the machine and grip the bar with an underhand grip.
  3. Keep your elbows pinned to your sides and your back straight.
  4. Curl the bar up by contracting your biceps.
  5. Lower slowly, resisting the cable's pull throughout.

Full arm extension to full contraction.

  • ×Leaning back to leverage the weight up

  • ×Moving too quickly and losing cable tension
