Execution Guide

  1. Stand with feet together or hip-width apart.
  2. Bend your knees and sit back as if sitting into an invisible chair.
  3. Raise your arms overhead, parallel to each other.
  4. Keep your weight in your heels and your chest lifted.
  5. Hold for 20-30 seconds.

Standing to a seated position with thighs approaching parallel.
