Execution Guide

  1. Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Exhale and round your spine toward the ceiling.
  3. Tuck your chin to your chest and draw your belly button toward your spine.
  4. Hold for a breath.
  5. Alternate with Cow Pose (arching the back) for spinal mobilization.

Neutral spine to fully rounded spine.
