Execution Guide

  1. Lie on a flat bench holding the bar with a narrow grip, arms extended above your chest.
  2. Keep your upper arms stationary and perpendicular to the floor.
  3. Bend your elbows to lower the bar toward your forehead.
  4. Stop just before the bar touches your forehead.
  5. Extend your arms back to the starting position.
