Execution Guide
- Lie on a flat bench holding the bar with a narrow grip, arms extended above your chest.
- Keep your upper arms stationary and perpendicular to the floor.
- Bend your elbows to lower the bar toward your forehead.
- Stop just before the bar touches your forehead.
- Extend your arms back to the starting position.
