Battle Rope Double Arm Slams
Execution Guide
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding one end of the rope in each hand.
- Slightly bend your knees and brace your core.
- Raise both arms overhead simultaneously.
- Slam the ropes down to the ground with maximum force.
- Immediately raise your arms again and repeat.
