Execution Guide
- Attach an EZ-bar to the low pulley of a cable machine.
- Stand facing the machine and grip the bar with an underhand grip.
- Keep your elbows pinned to your sides and your back straight.
- Curl the bar up by contracting your biceps.
- Lower slowly, resisting the cable's pull throughout.
