Execution Guide
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet elevated slightly.
- Lean back slightly to engage your core.
- Clasp your hands or hold a weight in front of you.
- Twist your torso to the right, touching the weight to the ground.
- Twist over to the left side and repeat.

Rotate shoulders completely from side to side.
