Execution Guide

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet elevated slightly.
  2. Lean back slightly to engage your core.
  3. Clasp your hands or hold a weight in front of you.
  4. Twist your torso to the right, touching the weight to the ground.
  5. Twist over to the left side and repeat.

Range of Motion

Rotate shoulders completely from side to side.
